Beaches

A wealth of fabulous beaches are within an hour and an hour and a half from Yelverton, inlcuding: Bude, Trebarwith Strand, Newquay, Padstow, Rock, Daymer Bay (ideal for windsurfing)

Walking & Cycling
There are literally unlimited options for walking and cycling. A gentle stroll round Burrator Reservoir or the more ambitious Abbot's Way, or the Rout 27 cycle trail. We have plenty of maps and are happy to advise on any route planning, having walked quite a lot of it ourselves!

Local Historic Houses include Buckfast Abbey, Buckland Abbey, Lanhydrock Estate, Castle Drogo, Tintagel Castle, Lydord Castle, Okehampton Castle.

Tourist Attractions - Eden Project, The High Moorland Visitors Centre and The Prison Heritage Centre,  Crealy's Adventure Park (perfect for kids), Morwellham Quay and the Museum of Dartmoor Life
